Hello,
I am completely new to all of this and looking around for help. i wanted to get some new DLC content for my Mass effect . Logged into the site , followed the steps to add 1600 points on my account , logged into my paypal account and at the last step I clicked the icon paynow, then the next page was not loading up. I thought could be stuck with my connection so I did the whole thing again. Stuck for a 2nd time after payed pay now, new page wouldn't load up , saying to try again. Then thought maybe something buggy with my connection. Restarted the router and did the whole thing again. Still same problem.I have looked for help online infographic examples for this issue but my main problem is that I want to gain some DLC for my mass effect and now I cant cause all the money in my card seems to be used/reserved. But I have no points into my account. Can you help me out please? .I went through many resources but did not find any solution for this issues. Please help me out.
